1. Seeking Assistance

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated Support Team for assistance with any issues you may encounter. You can open a ticket at our support desk, and our team will do their best to address your concerns promptly. Please allow 24-72 hours for us to respond to your support requests.

2. Digital Product Nature

We deal with digital media, such as software, and digital files which can be instantly downloaded upon purchase. It’s essential to understand that, unlike physical products, there is no “trial” or “grace period” for our digital offerings. Once a product is purchased and downloaded, all sales are considered final. As a result, refunds are generally not provided. The nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded a plugin, theme, or document there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. So all payments at DigitalSources4u are nonrefundable and any request or dispute will be rejected without any communication. However, a refund is issued if the product you downloaded from the website was completely unusable and our records indicate such upon investigation. We can assure you of the best possible 24×7 access to our website, but sometimes downtime can happen which may hamper services. 

3. Refund Eligibility

Exceptions to our no-refund policy are made only on a case-by-case basis; primarily with some of our physical products.  In such cases, you have the option to request a refund, and upon investigating the matter a possible refund might be administered.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our Support Team to initiate the process. We will investigate the matter, and if the circumstances align with our refund policy, we will process the refund accordingly.

If You Ask For A Refund or Open A PayPal Dispute After Receiving Delivery, and our investigation reveals the product is usable, You Will Be Banned From Our Site.

Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

All sales are Final for digital download products.

5. Refund Exceptions

Please note that there are specific scenarios where refunds are not available. These include but not limited to:

  • Refunds for Digital Sources4u VIP Club Membership Subscription as it provides access to a comprehensive product set at a convenient price. We discourage you from purchasing the VIP Membership for testing purposes.
  • Renewals are strictly non-refundable, You can easily cancel automatic renewals from your  My Account page.
  • Requests for a refund for the same product twice.
  • Offers and discounts which are valid for future orders only and can not be used to ask for refunds or partial refunds of existing purchases.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:

  • you have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
  • you bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
  • product was purchased by an employee or someone with authorized access to your PayPal account.
  • You can not install the downloaded product
  • The product is incompatible with your WordPress, plugins, or web server settings
  • The product does not function as you want
  • The product displays a message about the need to enter a license key or activation
  • You broke your website when installing the product
  • You did not receive technical support on GPLShare
  • you refused to provide to our support staff access to your website to investigate the product you are having issues with.

No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products!

Please also note that:

  • You may cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
  • If a refund is processed, access to downloaded premium products is discontinued.
  • If the product after the update is still damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund with the diminished value of the product.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
